After finishing the second set we thought it would be a good time to begin the character animation. I started with drawing a walk cycle for the players character:
The next step was making an animation out of it to see how it’s feels in motion:
With this we can build our set (greenscreen, lighting and camera position) and shoot our first walk cycle tomorrow.
We’re doing great progress here, Anja made a clay version of my character drawing already and we started the second set today.
We’re still assiduously placing stones on the walls! Apart from that we’re looking at our new prototype of one of the characters, made by Anja.
Last time we tried to find a proper wall texture for your cellar-set and finally settled for one which suited the style we’re trying to achieve the most. Now we’re busy with creating the stones which we’ll need quite a few of in different colors.
